#Sidemen area is rich and well known for its food production. The volcanic soil definitely plays a huge part in producing these fine ingredients from their crops production.

One thing that we are always amazed about, is the farmer are still using old technics of farming for how they maintain their land. in Bahasa Indonesia, we call it "Tumpang Sari" this technic slowly- slowly gone out a practice due to market demands that push the farmers to use chemicals to fasten and shorten their harvesting time.

Mostly the sidemen farmers still believe not to use any chemicals to fertilizer their land...so #Awesome
